I redesigned onboarding, content creation, result management, notifications, wallet and paywall flows. Clear status updates and feedback make complex generation processes easier to understand and support conversion.

Submo — Subscription Manager
I brought subscription entry and categorization, renewal calendars, spending summaries, trial alerts, reminders and cancellation guides into one flow, making recurring payments visible and manageable.

MoAuth — Authenticator App
I designed QR and manual setup, OTP account management, search and editing, biometric access, backup and sync, and premium flows for a secure, fast and simple mobile experience.

MeetSense AI — AI Meeting Intelligence Platform
Designed the end-to-end experience architecture, brand, and design system for an AI meeting assistant that supports teams before, during, and after meetings.

Created micro-interactions and Sound UX flows using Jitter and ElevenLabs, transforming meetings from note-taking sessions into decision-driven workflows and accelerating teams’ action generation.

Established MCP (Model Context Protocol)-based component generation and AI-assisted prototyping processes to increase design iteration speed.

Cockpit — Corporate Sales & Operations Platform
Redesigned the user experience of a multi-role enterprise platform managing the full lifecycle from sales to project delivery.

Sentio AI — Executive Email Assistant
Defined the product experience, brand identity, and design system for an AI email assistant built for executives handling high-volume inboxes.

Garanti e-Trader — Gamified Investment Experience
Designed a game-mechanics-driven investment experience to help new investors learn financial behaviors.

Built a long-term engagement model through missions and reward systems that encourage consistent investing habits.

GAİN
Conducted netnography research to uncover UX and technical pain points and shared findings with cross-functional teams. Performed international competitor analysis to identify OTT trends and inform the roadmap. Built a multi-language (TR, EN, AR) and multi-device design system for responsive web, mobile, tablet and TV.

Led feature design for unified viewing, live streaming, multi-package and multi-profile options, kids profiles, categorization and personalized recommendations. Delivered Sound UX, onboarding animations, haptics and micro-interactions. Contributed to improving the app’s store rating from 2.1 to 4.3.

GAİN Shorts
Identified short-attention patterns in OTT and initiated the vertical video concept. Conducted market and competitor research using Sensor Tower and Mobile Action, designed prototypes and prepared investor presentations.

CarrefourSA
Designed a Scan&Go application from concept to prototype, validated through customer interviews and needs analysis. Led the design of Turkey’s first SKT (expiration date) feature from idea to prototype.

TKOOP
Designed the loyalty app and Back Office management panels, supported sales opportunities with parallel-client mockups and contributed to UX strategy.

Led and mentored an 11-person UI/UX team, overseeing agile workflows, sprint planning and collaboration. GoArt Worlds work is detailed in the following row.

- Built a multi-language (TR, EN) and multi-device (web responsive, mobile XR) design system.

- Designed UX/UI for Back Office & Brand Office platforms, including role/permission flows, campaign & inventory management, AR/VR location and game creation panels, and executive dashboards.

- Led the end-to-end design of the mobile app from scratch, aligned with the Web3/Metaverse ecosystem: Login/Register, KYC, Wallet, Time Dimension (Past–Present–Future) flows, gameplay screens, and social features like “Invite a Friend.”

- Developed Sound UX and animations (splash screen, page loading, and GoArt storyboard) integrated into the mobile app.

- Redesigned the GoArt Worlds website with a story-driven structure:

Top section: Time Dimension (Past–Present–Future) built with three.js in collaboration with content and XR developer teams.

Bottom section: User flow video sequences, gameplay screens, and persona-driven landing pages.

- Contributed to the website winning Technology Category First Place and People’s Favorite First Place at the 22nd Altın Örümcek, and Award for Creativity at the 2024 Web Excellence Awards.
